Kaylee Hoover began playing handbells in elementary school at St. Marks UMC. Her love of music only grew when she joined choir and band in junior high. In high school, she also participated in many school productions like Annie, The Wizard of Oz, and Seussical the Musical. Kaylee continued to play the French Horn through college and occasionally will play at her church.

She currently works for Apace, a company that provides services to disabled adults in Nebraska. She is a Financial Analyst, but still enjoys playing bells two times a week. Alongside her mom, Susan Hoover (also in Bell-issimo), she volunteers with Domesti-Pups training dogs for service and therapy work. Kaylee raises dogs for this program, so she always has a new dog that will sometimes come to bell rehearsal. Kaylee also has her own dog Jet, who always keeps her moving.
